connecting people to healthy opportunities

Active Living Header Pic

Active living in the capital region can be found outside your doorstep. From a walk in the park, a kayak trip on the Contoocook River, a hike on the Concord trails or a cross-country ski outing at Beaver Meadow golf course, the region is full of opportunities!

Concord Trail Passport (CTP)

There are 31 trails that make up the Concord trail system and we’d love to see our community using them. The CTP is designed for all ages and hiking abilities and encourages you and your family to experience the beauty of the region .

As an added bonus, the CTP rewards you as you get moving! Once you complete the passport program (which entails completing at least 20 of the 31 trails), you’ll receive a discount card valid at participating local retail partners. The list of partners is great and includes Bona Fide Green Goods, Celeste Oliva, Concord Family YMCA, Concord Hospital Center for Health Promotion, Evo Rock and Fitness, Five Rivers Conservation Trust, Joe Kings, Live Juice, Runner’s Alley and S & W Sports.
